Our Founding President Mr. Richard Sirois started as an Insurance Broker in 1970 and in 1980 chose to dedicate his visionaries talents to optimize insurance technologies.

He first started to revolutionized general insurance with products such as:

  • IBEES (Insurance Brokers Electronic Employee System), offering the first microcomputer platform (pre PC) to insurance broker.

  • He then followed the SUPER IBEES and the PIM (Professional Insurance Manager).

  • For more than 20 years the  C-surance.ca team pushed the limits of P&C process optimization and leaded the disruptive but necessary revolution ...

1995 marks the beginning of is vision of revolutionizing the Employee Benefits and Group Insurance management that is suffering from Complexity, Expensive Costs and  Customer unfriendlyness .
